The cleaning staff was excellent, and the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city. I also appreciated the amenities provided in the room, such as toiletries and fresh towels.
The hotel has a strict curfew, which can be inconvenient for tourists who want to explore the city at night. It might be due to security concerns, but it's still an unpleasant rule. Also, the lack of mosquito repellent in the room made it difficult to sleep.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the amenities provided in the hotel. The room was well-maintained and the cleaners did a great job. The location of the hotel was also convenient as it was located near major tourist attractions. I enjoyed the option of having a mosquito repellent in the room.
The hotel's curfew policy was inconvenient for me. As a tourist, I would have preferred the flexibility to come and go as I please.

I was warmly welcomed by Ummi at the hotel and was not charged extra for an early check-in between 6am and 7am. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff were polite and attentive to all my needs.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the spacious rooms were impressively tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. We loved the delicious breakfast served every morning and the beautiful view from our room was an added bonus. the provision of mosquito repellents, as well as the hotel's strict security measures, truly reflected their concern ' safety.
We did find the curfew of 10 PM a bit inconvenient for those wanting to explore the surroundings at night.

Great accommodations, personal service, and cleanliness. Appreciated the provided repellants in each bedroom. Ummi was extremely friendly. No extra charge for early arrival.
